Quinta de San Michel
Quinta de San Michel Névoa de Janas White 2020, 75cl
Fog is one of the factors that makes the microclimate of Sintra and Janas so unique and special. And as we consider this wine to be something exceptional, we wanted to identify it with this event that is so important for Sintra.
This is how, especially during the summer, we can have cooler mornings, allowing the grapes to be naturally better protected from sun exposure. This results in longer, more consistent ripening and maintains naturally high acidity.
Perfect harmony.
